On Feb. 18, 2015, the James Beard Foundation announced their 2015 Restaurant and Chef Award Semifinalists, including Traci Des Jardins in their nominees for Outstanding Chef in the United States.
It's Traci's first nomination in this category, having won “Rising Star Chef of the Year” in 1995 and “Best Chef: Pacific” in 2007.
