On April 1, 2015, Traci Des Jardins opened her third restaurant at the Presidio: TRANSIT. Offered in partnership with the Presidio Trust, the restaurant features casual dining, food on the go, and everyday basics for visitors and commuters.
If you're in search of a relaxed and welcoming setting, TRANSIT is a can't-miss, with indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio with views of the San Francisco Bay. Drop in throughout the day for morning pastries; coffee and espresso by Equator; and grilled hamburgers, fresh made sandwiches, salads, and pizzas from the wood burning oven in the afternoon. Wine and beer on tap are available from the bar.
